Rapid, an innovative Employer of Record (EoR) platform specifically serving the Indian market, is seeking a talented, entrepreneurial Global Community Manager. As we pursue community-led growth, we’re looking for a dynamic, proven professional to shape our voice, extend our reach, and engage our user base across numerous platforms and geographies. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

•Develop and implement community-building strategies for our brand across a range of platforms including LinkedIn, Quora, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, G2, Capterra, Slack, Telegram, and Circle.

•Foster global communities, with a focus on USA, Singapore, UK, Europe, Dubai, and the Middle East.

•Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events such as webinars, meetups, and other community engagement initiatives.

•Monitor, track, and report on community feedback, online reviews, and engagement metrics.

•Liaise with our internal teams to stay updated on new products and features and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

•Be an advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to our company’s strategies and goals.

•Utilize data and analytics to drive growth and engagement, while constantly staying abreast of digital technology trends. Qualifications:

•Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. •Demonstrated experience in building and growing communities both online and offline, across multiple geographies.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for connecting with people and building strong communities.

•Hands-on experience with social media management and event planning.

•Familiarity with interpreting community engagement metrics and online customer behavior.

•Attuned to online marketing, marketing channels, and digital technology trends.
